Title: Technology Associate

Description:

This is not your typical help desk job. We are looking for an energetic and hard working individual who is interested in joining a small but rapidly growing technology company located in South Philadelphia. Our work environment is fast-paced and team oriented.

You will provide day-to-day support to our customers as well as assist other members of our staff on various internal and external projects, including software installations, network support, VOIP hardware configuration, and general troubleshooting. This is a great position for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people and has a genuine interest in technology.

Qualifications:

• College degree
• A+, Network + and/or Microsoft certification preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office 2003/2007, Windows XP/7, Server 2003/2008
• Mac experience a plus
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and time management abilities
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn new things
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate with users having a wide variety of computer skills
• Ability to complete tasks independently
• Attention to detail
