Job Title: Support Technician – Part Time

Hours: 20+ hours / week, flexible scheduling

Salary: $10 - $15 / hour

Job Description:
This is not a typical tech support position. We are looking for a mature, energetic and hard working individual who is interested in joining a small but growing company located in South Philadelphia. A comfort with technology is necessary, but no specific technical knowledge is required. We will provide all necessary training. Our work environment is casual but fast-paced and team oriented.

You will be providing day-to-day support to our clients for a variety of technical issues, including software installations, network cabling, and general troubleshooting. In addition, you will be assisting other members of our staff on various internal and external projects. This is a great position for someone who is interested in gaining valuable work experience in a dynamic, challenging and fun work environment with great opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Interest in technology
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and problem solving abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and general enthusiasm for learning new technologies
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Reliable transportation
